Programming Era

Friend O'the Archive Chuck Lumb has sent along some promised scans of the 1964 Topps Rookie Banquet Program for us all to enjoy. As you can see, it's a dead ringer for the card set issued that year as a table favor:



As Chuck advised us previously, the program and the cards are identical, although the cover is not printed on foil, as is the box that held card set. Here is an interior shot:

Now, we still need scans of the 1960 and 1965 covers to complete the run of the full-paged programs. Does anyone out there have these to share?
